The surface treatment method of steel grating is related to the material: 1. If carbon steel materials are used for welding production, they should be hot-dip galvanized or painted to prevent oxidation. 2. If stainless steel is used for welding production, surface treatment by acid pickling and electrolytic polishing is required. The resulting grating plate has a high surface brightness and is smooth and almost free of burrs. 3. If the production is done by welding with aluminum alloy materials, anodizing is required.
