Steel structure processing and manufacturing process:
1. The blanking drawing sheet. This process is the material inspection part, and its content includes the confirmation of the selected model and specifications of the project and the quality inspection of the material.
2. Stakeout and numbering ① When setting out and marking, the assembly mark, screw hole mark, position direction of the reinforcing plate, inclination mark and center line, reference line and inspection line should be clearly marked, and the template should be made if necessary. ②Pay attention to the reserved production, welding shrinkage allowance during installation; cutting, edge planing and milling machining allowance; installation reserved size requirements. ③Before marking, the bending and deformation of the material should be corrected.
3. Blanking: The steel plate is blanked by a CNC multi-head cutting machine, but the rust and dirt on the cutting surface should be removed before blanking to keep the cutting parts clean and flat. After cutting, the molten slag and splash should be removed , The operator is proficient in the use of mechanical equipment and operating procedures to adjust the best values of the best parameters of the equipment.
4. Assembling and forming Before assembling, the deformation of steel should be corrected, and within the control deviation range, the contacting rough surface should be free of burrs, dirt and debris to ensure that the assembly of components is tightly integrated and meets the quality standards. Appropriate tools and equipment, such as right-angle steel rulers, should be provided during assembly to ensure sufficient accuracy after assembly. The equipment used is a Z12 section steel assembly machine.
